Acne Scarring
Anyone who has gone through acne at any time of their lives, undoubtedly suffered from self esteem issues. There is no way to know whether a client will have scars left after their acne has resolved. In fact, even one small blemish can leave a scar. It is common for clients to have picked or squeezed their blemishes to get rid of them, and this can exacerbate scarring. Acne scars are permanent unless a resurfacing treatment is done. ProCell microchannelling is an extraordinary acne scar treatment, with results seen often in as little as a single session. When scars are softened and eliminated, unless there is further acne, they will not return, and results are considered permanent. In addition to being an outstanding acne scar treatment, microchannelling can be done to treat acne itself (contrary to previous thinking). The process “teaches” the oil producing glands to regulate and as a result, further outbreaks are either better controlled or lessened. Therefore, by also treating the acne, the potential for further scarring is mitigated.
